We offer flexibility to meet your needs: You can choose the location most comfortable for you - whether in office, over phone or video, or an outdoor walk-and-talk session. You can also schedule the length of appointment that feels best for you - 50, 65, or 80 minutes

In person appointments in Timmins, ON: Our office is accessible for individuals with disabilities and/or mobility aids.

When you arrive for your in-office appointment, the main doors of the building may be locked during evenings and weekends. Your therapist will greet you and let you in just prior to your appointment time.

Online Booking: New and returning clients are welcome to book any preferred session(s) available in our therapist’s calendars online
